Robert trained with RD&G, qualifying as a solicitor in 1995 and returned to the firm in early 2006 to head up our litigation department. He has practised predominantly in litigation and employment law since qualification. Robert acts for both employers and employees and provides the full range of employment advice, including drafting any employment documents required and representing you in any employment disputes. In litigation he has extensive experience representing both claimants and defendants in the County Court and High Court and has a particular interest in personal injury claims and contract disputes. |

Linda Wylie joined the firm in 2007 having qualified as a solicitor in May 2005. She has specialised in litigation and employment work since qualification. Linda has experience of a wide range of litigation matters including contract disputes, consumer law and insolvency. Linda acts for both employers and employees in employment matters and has a particular interest in the employment aspects of business sales and transfers.

Gillian also visits the Wallingford office to deal with matters relating to wills and probate.
