Gill is managing partner and has been with the firm since 1991.

As well as supervising the department dealing with residential conveyancing, option agreements and transfers of equity, she specialises in wills, probate and inheritance tax advice.

She has recently acted in a complicated intestacy and a case where the death occurred more than 10 years ago.

Gill regularly makes home visits to advise the elderly on Lasting Powers of Attorney and funding for residential care and is a regular visitor to the care homes around Wokingham, where she has given talks to the residents on the importance of making wills and Powers of Attorney. She has also given seminars to companies in the area on lifetime inheritance tax planning and preparation for retirement.

Gill is an active member of the community, being vice chair of Wokingham Citizens Advice and a member of the council of Wokingham Chamber of Commerce.

Gill is assisted by Trainee Legal Executive, Greg Barton.
