We can negotiate on your behalf in the first instance and take or defend proceedings in the County or High Court, Official Referee's Court. Certain cases can be referred for arbitration or mediation so as to resolve the dispute without resorting to the Courts.

If there is a judgement on your behalf we can arrange for enforcement, including winding up proceedings.
